About the experience

Executive Chef Danny Le's winning menu from the 2026 Long Beach Grand Prix Fixe, served course for course as it was in the final, for three evenings only at communal tables, just as the diners who voted for it were seated at the competition. Scallop · fried onion, garnet yam, a smoke of fresh herbs Fried Sea Bream · Asian slaw, gochujang vinaigrette, served to share Rack of Venison · chestnut purée, charred chanterelles, Romanesco The Snack Cake, reimagined · peanut butter cream, crêpe wafers, marshmallow, nuts, chocolate The menu is served exactly as it was judged, so the kitchen respectfully declines modifications and substitutions. Doors open at 6:00 PM for a no-host cocktail hour to open championship weekend. Dinner is served promptly at 7:00 PM.
